How do I make a purchase on AS-98.com?

There are many ways of browsing AS-98.com. You can either explore the sections on our home page or the navigation bar at the top of each page. Click the section of interest to open the drop-down menu, click the links to go to the categories – men or women – and then to the related categories, such as shoes, bags or accessories. You can also go directly to more specific categories to refine your search and find your desired product.

If you’re looking for a specific item, you can use our search box to find products by name, colour or product code.

Once you have made your choice, select your size and click “add to basket”. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click the basket at the top right and then click “purchase” and we’ll guide you through your order. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at customer@ecommerce-olip.it. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order is handed over to our courier, we will no longer be able to guarantee order cancellation or changes.

If you have received your order and want to return it or change it, please see the instructions on returns on the related page on this website. Refunds or requests for exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned goods.

Why was my order not completed successfully?

Please make sure the address you are entering in the “billing information” field is the address registered with your bank and the address where your bank statement is sent. If the system keeps on rejecting the order, please contact your bank.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped as soon as possible, roughly within 2 working days from receipt of payment for the order. This means that if you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Italy and are delivered within 2/3 working days in Europe and 4/5 working days in non-EU countries. All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

A.S.98 shall not be liable for unforeseen delays in deliveries beyond its control.

Where does AS-98.com ship to and how much is shipping?

Info about shipping costs is available here. You can check shipping charges and whether we ship to your country by adding a product to your basket and adding the shipping address. A specific item in the trolley will be filled in before making the payment. These costs may vary depending on the country and/or based on the amount/price of products ordered by the customer and cannot be separated from the total purchase price.

Any charges, duties or taxes on purchases of the destination country shall be borne by the customer and will be applied directly by the respective customs office.

Are there extra delivery charges for non-EU countries?

Non-EU countries may apply additional costs, charges, duties or taxes that are entirely borne by the customer and imposed directly by the respective customs office.

How can I track my order?

To know where your order is, sign in on as-98.com and go to the “My orders” section, where you will find all the info about your purchases, including their shipping status. In any case, when the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the Tracking Number so you can know where your order is in real time.

What are the available shipping options?

A.S.98 provides standard delivery.

Where can I have my order delivered?

We deliver at private or work addresses. A signature is required upon receipt.

Do you ship to several addresses or PO boxes?

At the moment we only ship to one address per order. To ship to several addresses, you need to set up an order for each destination.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Addresses must be written in Latin characters, not in Cyrillic or Arabic ones.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For safety reasons, all purchases made require the signature of the Customer or a person of age may sign for them. All orders are delivered by national couriers. The courier might ask the person collecting the package to show a form of ID.

How do I make a return?

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the “Account” section and then select “Request Return” from the available options. Write the reasons for your return in the text box and click on “Send”. Check your e-mail inbox, where you will receive a copy of the message sent.

You will then receive a confirmation email with the necessary information:

  • a link with the “RMA” return form to be printed and placed in the box containing the products you intend to return.
  • the address of our warehouse to be written or printed and attached on the outside of the box.

Place the products in their original packaging: the items must be returned in a perfect condition, unused, with the tags still attached to the product and in their original box. Should the original packaging be damaged or unavailable, the products must be protected using thick and resistant cardboard packaging. Any non-compliance in the packaging shall result in the application of a restocking fee equal to 10% of the product’s cost.

4. You will have to pay for shipping. Keep the shipping receipt

5. When the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked to make sure that it is intact and hasn’t been used. All shoes must be returned without evident signs of wear, except for normally trying on an item (no signs of prolonged wear or in any case exceeding the time required to try them on and must still be in a condition suitable for sale) and with all the original accessories, instructions for use and documentation supplied with them. The soles must be in perfect conditions and with no signs of wear. Should one or more of these warnings not be followed, your return will not be accepted.

6. Your refund will be made with the same payment method used for your purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.) no later than 14 days after the return request was sent, provided the package with the return has already reached our facilities. The refund may not be made until receipt of the return.

How long do refunds take?

A.S.98 will do its utmost to make sure refunds are made as soon as possible. Returns are processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from when A.S.98 is informed about the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will be made with the same payment method use for the purchase.
