HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days.

1. Request returns sending an email at customer@ecommerce-olip.com.

2. You will then receive a confirmation email with the necessary information:

  • link with the  “RMA” return form to be printed and placed in the box containing the products you intend to return.
  • the address of our warehouse to be written or printed and attached on the outside of the box.

3. Place the products in their original packaging: the items must be returned in a perfect condition, unused, with the tags still attached to the product and in their original box. Should the original packaging be damaged or unavailable, the products must be protected using thick and resistant cardboard packaging. Any non-compliance in the packaging shall result in the application of a restocking fee equal to 10% of the product’s cost.

4. You will have to pay for shipping. Keep the shipping receipt.

5. When the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked to make sure that it is intact and hasn’t been used. All shoes must be returned without evident signs of wear, except for normally trying on an item (no signs of prolonged wear or in any case exceeding the time required to try them on and must still be in a condition suitable for sale) and with all the original accessories, instructions for use and documentation supplied with them. The soles must be in perfect conditions and with no signs of wear.
Should one or more of these warnings not be followed, your return will not be accepted.

6. Your refund will be made with the same payment method used for your purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.) no later than 14 days after the return request was sent, provided the package with the return has already reached our facilities. The refund may not be made until receipt of the return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR A NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT

In the event of a non-conforming product, follow these simple steps:

Go to your account, click the “Returns” section and select “Request authorisation to return a non-conforming product” from the available options. Provide a clear description of the problem in the box, attach at least one photograph of the product showing what you believe is a non-conformity and click “Send”. Check your e-mail inbox, where you will receive a copy of the message sent.

Upon receipt of the documentation, our customer care service will examine the items sent, decide whether to authorise the return of the products and inform you vial email. If everything is confirmed, we will email you all the instructions on how to ship the items to our warehouse. The authorisation to return the product shall in no way constitute recognition of the non-conformity, whose existence must be ascertained following the return. In this case, shipping costs shall be borne by us.

1. Place the products in their original packaging. A courier will come and collect the package.

2. When the return reaches our warehouse, our experts will inspect it to assess the problem. If the product non-conformity is ascertained, the required repair/replacement or refund will be carried out.

We reserve the right to refund the defective article only after having performed the appropriate quality checks, to ascertain the actual non-conformity of the returned product.

LEGAL CONFORMITY WARRANTY - RETURN OF DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Pursuant to and for the effects of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of (It.) Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you purchased are covered by a legal conformity warranty, which covers the products’ conformity defects for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery. In case of defects and/or non-conformities, you be entitled to have the goods restored to conformity by either repair or replacement (if the product is available in our warehouse) or to alternative measures expressly laid down by art. 130 of (It.) Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

Once the procedure has been concluded, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the “RMA” return form and all instructions for shipping.
The authorisation to return the product shall in no way constitute recognition of the non-conformity, whose existence must be ascertained by us following the return.

In case the product’s non-conformity is ascertained, we will process the refund with the same means of payment used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
