RETURN REQUEST PROCEDURE
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can easily return one or more items within 14 days of delivery.
With the return label provided, you can schedule a pickup with the courier directly at your home or at a pack station.

The right to return and withdraw is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
- The products must have all the accessories and the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products); they must not be damaged, harmed, or soiled. They must not show traces of prolonged use or use exceeding the time necessary for a test and must be in a condition to allow their sale.
- The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and not show signs of any kind.
- All footwear and accessories must be returned correctly packaged, in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
- It is essential to attach a paper copy of the order to allow identification and the corresponding refund. If the return does not comply with the above conditions or does not follow the prescribed procedure, Olip Italia reserves the right to refuse it. The acceptance of such returns, however, incurs a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

In the event that the goods are defective, or there are errors in shipments by OLIP ITALIA spa, it is required to follow the same instructions mentioned above. Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the goods to our headquarters, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were shipped.
